Tesfa Pay Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Some works (service) cannot be returned such as SEO works performed and you accepted.

Tesfa Pay Refund Payment option is only available for 180 days after a payment is sent with PayPal.

We need to ensure that the buyer of the item is protected and will receive a refund for the canceled and returned Good. Maintaining a balance in the PayPal account is a preventative measure for all parties and will help enable a smoother refund process, if required.
